By applying to be an official DigiMarCon Partner, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the following DigiMarCon Partner Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms”).

  • Partner (“Partner”) participation in a DigiMarCon Conference to which these terms and conditions relate (“Conference”) is subject to acceptance by DigiMarCon, LLC (the “Conference Organizer”). No contract is created until Conference Organizer gives written confirmation of acceptance of the Partnership Application. Conference Organizer may withdraw its acceptance at any time, if it determines that the Partner is ineligible to participate or if the Partner is not performing the minimum partner activities specified on the Partner Application page or outlined by Conference Organizer through written notification.
  • To maintain a status as an active Partner, Partner must perform the minimum partner activities specified on the Partner Application page. If no minimum partner activities are specified on the Partner Application page, Partner must perform the minimum partner activities outlined by Conference Organizer through written communication. If all of the minimum partner activities are not performed during the term the Partner’s rights to the partner benefits will be automatically forfeited.
  • Conference Organizer shall not be liable in the Conference of the impossibility or impractibility of holding the Conference due to acts of God, war, government regulation, terrorism, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment or transportation facilities or any other events beyond Conference Organizer’s control that make it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the Conference. Under no circumstances will Conference Organizer be liable to Partner for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost business or anticipatory profits.
  • If any condition, obligation, or duty is not timely made, tendered or performed by a party hereto, then this Agreement may be terminated at the option of the non-defaulting party if the defaulting party fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of written notice from the non-defaulting party.
  • Partner acknowledges that Conference Organizer has the right to cancel the Conference or change the dates on which it is held. In the event of cancellation, Conference Organizer shall not be liable for any expenses, costs, or damages incurred by Partner.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall not be construed, interpreted, or described in any way to, constitute an approval, endorsement, or recommendation of Partner or its products or services, or in any manner to create an agency relationship between the Conference Organizer and Partner.
  • EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CONFERENCE ORGANIZER, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES OR THE CONFERENCE VENUE COLLECTIVELY, THE “CONFERENCE PROVIDERS”) OR PARTNER, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR OTHER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE CONFERENCE.
  • Partner agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Conference Organizer, its’ directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, injury or damages whatsoever suffered by them as a result of the Partner’s participation in the conference, including without limitation, any third party claim against the Conference Organizer with respect to loss, injury or damage sustained or suffered by any other Partner, any exhibitor, attendees of the conference, and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees.
  • Conference Organizer grants Partner a limited, non-exclusive license to use Conference Organizer name, logo, service marks and trademarks (“Conference Organizer Licensed Marks”) in any software, applications, content, features, email newsletters, social media sites and websites offered by or through Partner and for use in promoting the relationship in marketing materials and press releases. Partner may use the following tag line on its marketing materials during the term of this Partner Agreement: “Official Partner of DigiMarCon 2016”.
  • Partner grants Conference Organizer a limited, non-exclusive license to use Partner and Partner’s Company name, logo, service marks and trademarks (“Partner Licensed Marks”) in any software, event signage, event publications, event app, applications, content, features, email newsletters, social media sites and websites offered by or through Conference Organizer and for use in promoting the relationship in marketing materials and press releases.
  • Partner shall observe and abide by all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, ordinances, rules, and regulations, as well as all rules and regulations of Conference Organizer and the host venue. Partner shall conduct itself, and shall require its agents, employees, partners, and representatives, to conduct themselves, at all times in accordance with customary standards of decorum and good taste in the industry.
  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Partner agrees that any claims, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with the PartnerTerms and Conditions will be brought solely in Delaware, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. If any term is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
  • Partner understands and agrees that it may not assign the Agreement, in whole or in part, or any rights thereunder to any third party without the prior written permission of Conference Organizer. All matters not expressly covered in the Agreement are subject to the reasonable decision of Conference Organizer, which decision shall be final.
  • The parties acknowledge that they will use their best good faith efforts to negotiate and resolve subsequent issues that may arise from this Agreement as a result of unforeseen occurrences and that may alter the conditions of this Agreement.
  • These Partner Terms and Conditions embodies the entire agreement between Conference Organizer and Partner as to the subject matter hereof and expressly and unequivocally supersedes all previous agreements, warranties or representations, oral or written, which may have been made between Conference Organizer and Partner as to the subject matter hereof.
  • This Agreement shall become effective on the date signed below and will remain in effect until the end of the Conference. All provisions relating to indemnifications, shall survive the termination of this Agreement; any other obligations of the parties hereunder shall also survive, if they relate to the period before termination or if, by their terms, they would be expected to survive such termination.
  • Conference Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. In the event that any term or provision of the Terms shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such term or provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or provision.

Regular price is $797 (USD) for a main conference access. We are also offering an All Access Pass, which includes the main conference, all Master Classes, Welcome and Farewell Cocktail Receptions and Video on Demand, for $1,097 (USD). Last but not least we have a Virtual Pass/Video On Demand (VOD) option for those who can’t make the conference for $347 (USD). What forms of payment are accepted?

The following forms of payment are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is required to complete your registration.


Is there a group discount?

Absolutely! Bring as many colleagues as you’d like! Register FOUR or more people from the same company simultaneously to receive $200 discount off the prevailing registration price for each member of your group.

There are just a few simple Group Registration rules:

  • All registrants must be employed by the same company.
  • All members of the group must be registered at the same time. Discounts will not be applied retroactively.
  • You must pre-register to take advantage of these rates, which will not be offered on site.
  • Group Registration Rates cannot be combined with any other offers.

Are there academic, government, nonprofit or military discounts?

Academic, Government, Military & Non-Profit discount rates at DigiMarCon South 2020 apply to current full-time employees of academic institutions, federal, state or local government agencies, international government agencies, active military and non-profit organization employees only.

What is the dress code?

Conference attire is business casual for all events, including the evening events. We do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you since personal preferences vary regarding room temperature.


Can I bring a guest to the conference and networking events?

All attendees at the conference and networking events must be registered attendees who purchased tickets.


Can I send a substitute in my place?

You may send a substitute in your place at any time. All such requests must be submitted by email to registration[at]digimarcon.com (replace at with @). Only requests made by the original registrant will be honored.


What is the refund policy?

You may cancel your participation in DigiMarCon South 2020 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy listed below.

Registration cancellations received 90 days prior to the Conference incur a 25% processing/administrative fee. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after event. If you must cancel for any reason, notify our registration department by 90 days prior to the Conference. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to the Conference are non-refundable. Substitutions allowed prior to 90 days prior to the Conference with written or Faxed authorization only. No substitutions less than 90 days prior to the Conference. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to the Conference are non-refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use DigiMarCon credentials due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and duplicate purchase. DigiMarCon will not issue refunds for badges that have been revoked.

Unused registrations/applications have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events. DigiMarCon will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount coupon during the registration process. Discounted prices are based on the date payment is received in the DigiMarCon office. Reselling DigiMarCon South 2020 registrations is not permitted.


I live outside of United States, do you accept attendees from other countries?

Yes, international attendees are welcome at each of our conferences.


I live outside of United States and my country requires a Visa to visit United States, can DigiMarCon prepare an invitation letter for me to attend the conference for Visa Processing purposes?

Yes, this is often requested for International Attendees. After you have registered, send a letter request email to info@digimarcon.com and provide your address, company name, company title and passport information to be included in the invitation letter.


I live outside of United States and my country requires a Visa to visit United States, if my Visa Application is declined will I get a refund?

You can request a cancellation at any time. Refer to our refund policy for refund eligibility criteria.

Can I record what is presented at DigiMarCon South 2020?

Sessions may be audio recorded without special permission for personal use only. They cannot be placed online or transmitted to others without permission.

Sessions may be videoed only with special permission for personal use and also cannot be placed online or transmitted to others. Short audio and video clips may be used for blogging and press coverage of sessions. As a general guide, non-contiguous clips of one minute or less should be used. Contact us if you need guidance about longer clips.
